Unlimited telephone access to experienced HR personnel with an out-of-hours service to cover emergency situations.  Just some areas of advice include; Pre-Employment Processes, Terms and Conditions, Job Descriptions/Grades, Current and New Employment Legislation, Equality/Diversity to name a few.

HR Administration Services

Bond can undertake the task of managing your day-to-day administration, leaving your HR managers to focus on the strategic aspect of HR and still be confident that employees won't lose out on the support they need.  We administer the 'paper trail' that resides in all organisations, whether booking a holiday or managing certification of illness, managing training for staff or administering the recruitment process.  Bond will become the support mechanism all HR managers should have.

Consultancy Services

Our service can also be purchased on a separate consultancy basis or built into a package for the year.  This gives clients the piece of mind of having someone on-site should they need it, as well as enabling the client to continue to be as flexible as they always were and not tying them to fixed timetables.  The client has a number of days that can be used as and when they have the requirement.

Proactive Support

Prior to the start of a full HR contract, an HR Audit is undertaken through mutual discussion covering each aspect of the headings within the HR Service Agreement.

Full Human Resources Provision

This comprehensive service incorporates an HR Helpdesk and HR Administration, plus on-site consultancy time that can be spent in ways thet best meet an organisation's needs.  This could be to provide support in any area of HR such as; training provision, absence and authorised leave management (including maternity and occupational health referrals and absence through ill health), Disciplinary and Grievance, re-organisation/restructuring, review/development of policies and job descriptions, performance management and recruitment/appointment process support for senior staff.
