HR Administration Services
Bond can undertake the task of managing your day-to-day administration, leaving your HR managers to focus on the strategic aspect of HR and still be confident that employees won't lose out on the support they need. We administer the 'paper trail' that resides in all organisations, whether booking a holiday or managing certification of illness, managing training for staff or administering the recruitment process. Bond will become the support mechanism all HR managers should have.
Our service can also be purchased on a separate consultancy basis or built into a package for the year. This gives clients the piece of mind of having someone on-site should they need it, as well as enabling the client to continue to be as flexible as they always were and not tying them to fixed timetables. The client has a number of days that can be used as and when they have the requirement.
